Dean Transmission Parts, founded by Alan Curtis in 1962, as an addition to his transmission repair facilities has seen tremendous growth over the past two decades. Adam Curtis, president of the company and the son of the founder, attributes the company's growth to several factors.
First and foremost, Dean Transmission Parts has a philosophy of total service to the shop owner and crew. Dean Transmission Parts prides itself on same day shipment 100% of the time. Dean has even delivered products to UPS after closing hours, making sure all orders are shipped on the same day.
Dean Transmission Parts also prides itself on its extensive inventory of O.E.M. quality merchandise. By marketing products by Borg Warner, Freudenberg/NOK, Sealed Power and Allomatic, and the O.E. manufacturers themselves, Dean is confident that customers do not have to worry about the quality of merchandise received. Dean stands behind all of its products.
Dean Transmission is proud of the fact that many of our managers and sales people serve our customers with ten years and in some cases 20 years of experience in the business. Our customers know that they will be kept current of all specials and new items to the market place.
In addition, we continue to operate in as low cost and efficient a manner as possible to keep our prices lower than our competitors. We know that new and old customers alike compare the service, quality and prices that we offer with others in the marketplace, we strive to be the transmission parts supplier that can be counted on.
